The 汽车维修技术 program provides a proper balance of theory 和 practical knowledge for students preparing for careers in the automotive service industry.
The curriculum emphasizes laboratory diagnostic procedures in both domestic 和 foreign engines, 电气系统, 传输, 开火车, 悬架系统, 计算机控制系统, 和 electronic fuel control systems. Students will be prepared to take 和 expected to pass Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification tests in order to qualify for the work experience internship. Students will be placed in automotive dealerships 和 automotive repair businesses during the last semester of the program in order to gain on-the-job experience.
Graduates of the program may become employed as automotive mechanic technicians, 传播专家, 服务经理, or service writers in automotive dealerships 和 automotive repair businesses.
